A $50.00 cleaning fee will be added to any minimum 2 night stay.

A $25.00 charge per pet. See Pet Policy below.

A $175 security deposit due with full payment 14 days prior to your arrival.

50% down is required to reserve your dates & balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.

Pet Policy

We love all pets, but only allow neutered and declawed cats, housebroken, small to medium sized dogs. Please leave your pet pig and water buffalo at home. Pets must be caged when left inside the cabin alone. Pets must be kept on leashes at all times outdoors. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or counter tops please.

You will be assessed for any extra cleaning or damage due to any pet.
A $100 additional pet deposit is required

**Refund policy**
All deposits will be returned after cabin is cleaned. We understand accidents can happen, but you will be responsible for all damages and lost items.

**Cancellation policy**

*Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to arrival for a full refund, if less than 1 month then a partial refund will be issued if partial dates are re-rented, a full refund will be issued if all dates are re-rented, no refund will be issued if no dates are re-rented.

Military Discounts

With our Military discount, you can receive 10% off prices.

To avoid any non Military personnel trying to take advantage of our discount, we require you to be on full time active duty. And you must supply us with either a letter from your command or a current copy of your LES and a copy of your Military ID and Drivers License.
